Thomas & Friends™ hit the road (or should I say track?) this year with a cross Canada tour. Just last month Thomas was on the east coast, I have a few friends that took their kids to see the tank engine in “person”. If you have a Thomas lover in your home and didn’t have a chance to see him live, there’s something else your train lovers can get excited over, it’s the release of the new Thomas movie Thomas King of the Railway.
If you’re in the following cities:
- Toronto - Cineplex Cinemas Yonge-Dundas
- Ottawa - Cineplex South Keys Theatre

I have something very special for you! I have 5 free family passes (in each city) for the Blue Carpet Screening of the movie on Saturday September 21t at 10:30 am.
Please complete this form to to see Thomas & Friends King of the Railway and the first 5 in each city will be attending the event.
If the movie isn’t enough to get your little ones excited, the new Thomas & Friends TrackMaster Castle Quest set or the Thomas & Friends Take-n-Play Thomas’ Adventure Castle track are sure to do the trick. If you’re a family that is on the go the Take n Play will most likely be your favourite. After building the track, it folds up neatly to be taken on trips to friends house or to visit grandma. I remember the days when I visited grandma there were the same toys there for years. Take n Play toys didn’t exist as they do today, I would have been much mor
e entertained to bring along one of my favourite toys with me in a simple carry along package.
While you may think Thomas & Friends is just for the boys, there are some girls that have aspirations on becoming conductors. My oldest daughter always pulls our her train set to play with her cousins (well, they are actually my cousins and in their 20′s) and my brother when they come to visit. The boys love putting the tracks together and she just adores spending quality time with them. It’s probably one of the cutest things you’ve ever seen really. A train track probably wouldn’t have been something I would have ever purchased for my daughter, but I’m so thrilled to have one just to see these young guys get on the floor, build a track and play trains with a little girl. It truly is priceless.
