Barbie is coming to Canada & Save with coupons

There aren’t too many celebrities I follow on Facebook, only a handful or so. One “person” I’ve been following is Barbie. In my books, she’s an icon! Children of all ages have played with this doll for decades upon decades. My cousin actually was the largest Barbie fan I have ever known, hundreds of Barbies filled her toy chest and she had all the cars and buses, and pools. I remember playing for hours on end with her.

Now, with a child of my own, I once again catch myself with Barbies in my hand – driving in pink convertibles this time around. How I wish she was a real life friend that I could let my hair loose and drive around in a pink convertible. That is where Barbie brings you, to a place where you and her, or you an Ken (I wonder who Ken would be in real life? In my world… Brad Pitt), can be in an imagination world living life to the fullest (and now, I’m totally dreaming…. ahhh).

According to her latest Facebook status updates, Barbie is coming to Canada. I’ve asked her to visit Nova Scotia, but I’m not 100% sure what her plans are for this fabulous trip, with over 5 million friends, it’s really hard for her to keep up. I’ve got everything crossed (and perhaps a few tangled Barbie hairs knotted) in hopes that she will stop by our beautiful province while she visits the North.
