I truly never thought I would be posting these 3 words ever again, but ”We Are Pregnant”! Yup, that’s right, I don’t think anyone is more surprised than my husband and I.
I had finally decided to put it behind me, and move on with our life. I signed up for a 1/2 marathon, decided on a reduction and even started going through the baby stuff I was hoarding. We also bought a new house, which I am now thinking it going to be too small, but thankfully babies are just little (although they come with a lot of packaging).
While we’re super pumped to be parents again, I am extremely sick. I’ll save you the details, but all I’ve pretty much been able to do it lay in bed and eat crackers (if my head hasn’t been in the toilet). I’m trying to keep up with deadlines for blogging, but in case you haven’t noticed, posts have been minimal, and my Twitter account and Facebook updates have been nearly non existent.
I’m hoping this will all pass soon enough. Last time the nausea went away around 7 months and then heart burn kicked in so I have something to look forward to…
According to my calculations, I’m nearly at the 3 month mark and baby is due January 1st, 2013.
So, please bear with me as the posts are slow coming.

Aww, congratulations! So excited for you. I love babies. I am sad DH doesn’t want to have anymore (we have 2 boys). Hope you start to feel better soon!
I think after this one, I will be done
I am not into morning/all day sickness… just not my thing!
Due New Years Day eh?? I lived through one of those…maybe you’ll have better luck at springing ‘Baby New Year’ than I did (my boy came Jan 3).
Many, many congrats to you and your family! I’ll keep my fingers crossed that your nauseau goes away, but mine never did with both kids (see I’m such a downer?). In any event, a happy and healthy baby is all that matters.
YAY!
I know.. what are the chances of that? Well,,, actually,,, if your first day of your last… all right, I wont get into the details, but you know the chances!
I pretty much know what I’m in for this time around, just hoping it will ease up a little bit, especially with another little one at home!
YAY YAY YAY!! Congratulations, Lynette!!!!!
You know I once read that the best way to make sure that you get pregnant is to get rid of all our baby stuff, make big new career plans and tell absolutely everyone you know that you are done having kids. Sounds like the author may have been on to something! LOL
Thanks Kat
I know, but I was truly ok with having a little family of 3… we had tried so long with no success that I just let it go…. life… it’s so interesting!
It sure is! Interesting and awesome!

Truly the best news I’ve heard all day. I am so happy for you Lynette!
Congrats Lynette!
Congrats! I empathize with your all-day sickness and pray it is short-lived.
Oh wow!! CONGRATS!
♥
Oh my goodness!!! Huge congrats. I know how evil all day sickness can be. Are you taking diclectin? It helped me, as long as I remembered to take it faithfully. Seabands, sniffing a lemon and ginger tea helped a bit too. Hopefully it passes quickly for you. YAY a new wee one.
Congratulations
I love hearing about baby news, but hate hearing about mommy sickness.
Congrats! I got pregnant with my son after 5 years of trying when I had completely given up and moved on. I even started fertility treatment and gave up, accepting it for what it was. Then a year later we were pregnant…then one more after that.
Yay congrats!!! Due in January too!!! So happy for you!
HUGE Congratulations!! Hope you feel well soon:) Hugs to you!
Oh wow, congrats Lynette!!

Congratulations! I was sick the whole time with Chelsea, so I can relate and empathize. I was elated the day she was born… both for her and that I didn’t feel like throwing up anymore

I hope the morning sickness eases for you. It was worse for me with my second – not fun at all.
Wow! Congrats Lynette. Even though you may not appreciate it now the sickness is a good thing. It means the baby is doing well.
Hopefully it will subside a bit soon:)

Hope that you will get through the urping very soon…and if not, well, babies are TOTALLY worth it all!:)
With my 6 kids, my very first, born in January was my favorite pregnancy…not far along in the summer, had a great fall, an exciting holiday season that took my mind off the waiting and enough time to recoup and put things away…rest a week or so and then my daughter was born Jan. 8th. It was awesome!
COngrats:) Love surprise babies!! Praying the morning sickness leaves a little earlier and you get to enjoy the pregnancy:)
I am Super excited for you! I know how hard this road can be! Such an lovely way to ring in a new year! Can’t wait to hear all about a new little one and see all those adorable photos to come

Wow, congratulations! I hope the sickness passes soon.
Congratulations
Wow! Congratulations! You must still be in shock I’m sure!
I do so hope that the nausea abates and you are able to feel better…my first 2 children I had no nausea whatsoever but for my last child, I was sick as can be. It did settle down after I got through the 1st trimester so hopefully that will be how it is for you.
How exciting though, nothing better than a new baby. I do know how you are feeling…my children are now 28, 25, and 11…yes 11. I thought I was not having any more babies but…it happens and while it was shocking it was also a wonderful experience. Take care of you! Here’s hoping you feel better soon! XO
Congratulations!!!! Such wonderful news! Hopefully you are feeling better soon!
