Is there anything better than BBQ season? It is my favourite (Well, next to chocolate, but that’s a given). There is nothing that tastes and smells as nice a BBQ. While burgers and dogs are generally popular, don’t forget chicken is just as easy and yummy on the grill. If you are looking for some fun, delish and easy ways to get creative this summer, check out a few of these fab recipes.
My number 1 chicken recipe without a doubt is Beer Can Chicken. I am not a beer drinker, in fact, I truly dislike beer. I promise, this mouth watering chicken tastes nothing like beer and actually makes the chicken juicy, moist and tender. You will be surprised how amazing Beer Can Chicken tastes – try it and let me know.
Here are some other recipes I am hoping to make this summer:
Butter and Wine Basted Chicken
Tequila Marinated Chicken with Corn, Rice and Black Beans (reminds me when I studied abroad in Mexico)
Gin and Tonic Kabobs with Mint and Tabouleh (I’m noticing a theme here, but I love love love Tabouleh)
Grilled Chicken Pizza Marghertia (I’ve never even thought of putting a pizza on the BBQ, but why not?)

The recipe I would like to try is the CARIBBEAN CHICKEN. I had some amazing chicken years ago on a trip to Jamaica and this recipe seems very much like the one I had there. It was so good!
