Summer’s here – $25 PC Gift Card – Closed

May long weekend is behind us, which means summer time is officially here.  Although the calendar may not yet be flipped to June 21st, the sun shiny weather and smell of burgers on the BBQ says otherwise.  Canadians live for the summer months and just like bears, we’ve all come out of hibernation and are spending our time in back yards soaking up the rays until the snow is upon once again.  The good news is, it’s only going to get better before it gets worse.

President’s Choice new Insider Report is filled with reasons to get family and friends together to enjoy hamburgers, hot dogs and steaks, complete with marinades and new condiments (like avocado mayo).  While BBQing is probably my second favourite meal, we all know chocolate is my absolute favourite – whether it’s really considered a meal or not doesn’t exactly matter.   And the new PC report hasn’t forgotten chocolate lovers.

My favourite chocolate product that I was sent was the PC Milk Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Clusters.  I may (or may not) have eaten the entire bag in less than 24 hours.  As a tip, if you plan on sharing these, get more than one bag.  It’s not that the bags are small, they are just so yummy you’re not going to want to share.  On the other hand, if you’re a major chocolate lover, skip the Chocolate Covered Crispy Coated Peanuts, too much crispy, not enough chocolate.
