Christmas Gift Idea for Him or Her

I am in love with my electric toothbrush.  I never thought my teeth could ever feel as good as when I leave the dentist, but in the comfort of my own home, but I do – every single day.

There are plenty of electric toothbrushes to chose from, in my own experience I have tested out at least 3 different models.  From my personal experience, the most pricey brushes have been the absolute best.  However, if you are new to electric brushes, any model will do a better job than your own manual brushing.

Although I love electric brushes, I have to pay close attention to ones that have a sensitive setting.  The Philips Sonicare EasyClean does not have a sensitive option, however the toothbrush itself slowly makes its way to the highest setting for those who may not be used to an electric brush. However, just a quick word of advice for those of you (who like me) are a little bit sensitive.  I’d suggest getting a brush with a sensitive setting.

The Sonicare EasyClean comes with a small recharging stand.  I actually really like this feature.  Some other electric brushes have larger stands that take up a good portion of the counter top, the  The Sonicare EasyClean has a very small base leaving room for plenty of other junk cosmetics on your counter top.

Although I am completely in love with electric toothbrushes, they are not for everyone.  I have been on the hunt for an electric brush for my husband since last Christmas and at this point, I have given up on him.  I think electric brushes are just not for him.  He likes the control of brushing his teeth with his own motion and finds the buzzing too strange for his mouth to handle.  Although I can agree that it does take some getting used to, once you start with an electric toothbrush, you will never go back.

An electric toothbrush is the Christmas gift that keeps on giving all year ’round.  It’s a gift that your receiver will use everyday (twice a day), and the enjoyment they will get from having slick, clean teeth will be priceless.
