Who would have thought we would be celebrating Thanksgiving (October 10) at the Beach? It was a record breaking day here in nova Scotia. It hasn’t been this warm on October 10th, since 1944 – that’s 67 years ago! What a great way to spend this holiday! We had a lot to be Thankful for.

It’s been nice here in AB too, great to see!
Thanks for the linky!! It was great weather here in New Brunswick too…we sat out on the deck until 10pm…we can’t do that most July evenings!!
Wow, I bet that was nice!! Happy Thanksgiving to you all!
That is a great way to spend your Thanksgiving. Unfortunately I don’t see us ever celebrating Thanksgiving at a beach as we are in America. Looks like lots of fun.
Yesterday was a gorgeous day here in Alberta, too. We were at the park and had to shed our jackets in the sunshine. It was fantastic! Happy Thanksgiving!
We got rain here in Vancouver, but there were patches of beautiful sun once in a while. So glad you guys were able to enjoy some great weather! Happy Turkey Day!
It has been beautiful here in Manitoba too! Great weather across Canada ~ I’m not complaining!
Hugs,
Jody
Beautiful here in Alberta…am missing the Nova Scotia colours though. I am east coast born and bred in Guysborough County. Happy to have found a blog from my home province!
Welcome Juanita!! Please stick around (and enter some giveaways).
It was so nice here last weekend.
Take care,
Lynette

Thanks for the warm welcome. I will definitely be checking out the giveaways!
Blessings,

It’s been nice in Nebraska to! In the 80′s. People are wearing shorts. Odd for this time of year.
I’m glad you got to spend time on the beach.
Such sweet beach photos. Is that a little white dog or a little white lamb?
Love the pics, it must be pretty amazing to live near a beach!! What a great way to spend Thanksgiving weekend:-)
It’s been nice in Toronto too.
We enjoyed our visit to Nova Scotia 10 years ago and hope to get back one of these days. It was just after Sept. 11, 2001 and planes had been diverted from the NYC airports to Halifax. There were thousands of people sleeping on the floor of the convention center (I think) in Halifax. We spent our time on Cape Breton, we LOVED it, and a day or so on the coast looking for fossils.
Your daughter is a sweety. A belated Happy Thanksgiving.
Love the beach! I’m a Kentucky girl and we have lots of lakes but no ocean. Your photos make me want to go visit my cousin in Florida and go to the beach. Speaking of my cousin, please visit NanaHood.com and see what I’m doing for her this month! Blessings to you, Teresa
What a beautiful day you captured. THe nearest beach to me is three hours — you are blessed!
I love going to the beach so this is great. Love the photos and I think that’s a relaxing way to spend Thanksgiving.
Great pics! I am so ready for Thanksgiving here in the U.S.- of course it will not be beach weather I am sure!
