We have tried to eliminate plastic bags in our lives.  When we remember, we take reusable bags to the grocery store or anywhere else that our travels may take us.  I even use a fancy reusable bag for my winter skates.  Of course EcoMom, the most eco friendly store on the internet, also has these fancy reusable bags.

The newest products that EcoMom carries is the Chill Set.  It includes 3 sturdy reusable bags and a matching cooler.  The reusable bags are made from a very heavy canvas and are able to stand up on their own.  Unlike some of the other bags that are quite a bit thinner and roll up into a tiny pouch, these are a little bit thicker and do not roll up so small.  But they are super strong and very large.  With the 3 bags you can pack plenty of groceries and look super stylish with completely matching bags.

Around this time of year, I haven’t had too many opportunities to use a cooler (it’s hovering below zero, so Mother Nature has provided us with a natural cooler).  But I do like how large the Chill Set cooler bag is.  It’s big enough for packing a nice lunch for the family to bring to the beach and there are extra mesh pockets for additional storage. The bag is fully insulated and  there is an adjustable (and removable) shoulder strap and a handle making it easy to carry.  I am looking forward to using this checked bag a little later in the season.  I often pack lunches for day trips and have to take 2 mini coolers, now we will be able to pack all our food into one cooler.

The Chill set comes in Love Stripes, Plaid, Mod dots and more.  These sets are proving to be super popular and are selling out very quickly.
