Slimpressions – Body Shaper – CLOSED

The New Year is here and many have started their resolution to get fit / lose weight (including myself).  The hardest part about weight loss is that it doesn’t happen overnight.  It takes a lot of hard work and eventually overtime, you can see real results.  This doesn’t sound very intriguing does it?  Work really hard, and only see mini results each week…  I agree, I like instant gratification!

So, if you are like me and are tying to get into shape for 2011, I have a little way to help you boost your confidence and give you that instant satisfaction you are seeking.  It comes in a 25% spandex Slimpressions body shaper.  I have tested a number of body shapers in the past, and the Slimpressions one is my absolute favourite to date.  I actually had the opportunity to test out a few Slimpressions shapers in 2009 and I still wear one nearly every single day.

Slimpressions has added a few new items to their incredible line.  Along with blubber bellies and back fat another common problem area is the upper arm wing.  Slimpression has added to their “Tanks a Little” and “Tanks a Lot” lines to include arms.  Previously, these two shapers only came in tank top style.

I’ve had my previous Slimpressions body shapers since July 2009, and in that time they have been washed a lot – like I said, I switched between the two nearly everyday – this means lots of laundry loads.  The new Slimpressions body shaper that I have is the same size as the previous ones, but the new one is quite a bit tighter.  Overtime, my old undershirts have lost some of their tightness.  However, considering that it’s been a year and a half, I think they have done extremely well – and don’t owe me a thing.

The new Have Nots line (Tanks a Little with arms) has given me that extra boost in confidence I need to keep on going with my New Years resolution.  It’s tightened me up in all the right places and to be honest, I feel like I am missing something when I don’t have one of my shapers on.

The arm length reaches right to my elbow, so there is no wearing short sleeve tees with this one on – it’s more for the winter months.  I also like that the Have Nots goes under the bust.  I prefer the Have Nots over the Haves, specifically because my chest is larger than the typical 34 C.  If you have a disproportional chest area, I would suggest going with the “Have Nots”.  You know, I think it even perks me up a little, seeing as they could reach my knees, this is quite welcome.

I am in love with my Slimpressions, and I want to be perfectly clear when I tell you all that I am more than 100% satisfied with how well it takes care of those problem areas (until I get rid of them permanently).  It doesn’t eliminate my back fat, but it minimizes it and smooths it over so it’s not so noticeable, and it’s also comfortable.
