ShaToBu – Winners Choice – CLOSED

I don’t even know how to start this review… Weight is a sensitive issue with women, I’m sure we all wish we could just be at least 10 pounds lighter.  (By the way, as I write this review I am eating chips – I never eat chips….) so where was I before I started my confession??? Oh yes, talking about the wonderfully comfortable conversation of weight.  I guess I’ll just jump right in.

I wouldn’t say that I am overweight, but I do have a weight issue.  Anyone that knows me personally may want to stop reading here cause I’m gonna be talking about my weight issue and you all know what it is….

My bosoms are well, uh,,, over sized.  They are 100% all natural (as in real), but are so disproportionate to the rest of my body.   Depending on the clothing I wear, it gives the misconception that my waist is the same size.  I don’t generally like to wear tight clothes to show off my body, because although I am not huge, I could lose a couple pounds, especially on my tummy after having a baby.  I also find that since my chest is so large, my bra tends to give me a nice layer of back fat (the strap is humongous and has to be super duper ultra tight to keep all the weight in the front up —- told you guys if you knew me you might want to stop reading, you were warned).  So, I, like nearly every other women on the planet am self conscience of my body.

I recently received a body shaper for review from ShaToBu and it has helped me get over my tummy and back fat issues.  This shaper reaches from my knees all the way to my high waist.  When I first tried to put this on I thought that it was going to be too small – it is super tight, but I just took my time (about a minute) and it fit.  It sucked in my hips, butt, tummy and because it is so high it also took away my back fat – hooray!  But the real test was to wear it all day, would it be comfortable? Would it start to get looser throughout the day?  Will my back fat reappear at noon time?

I have the answers to all those questions.  For one, yes, it is comfortable, but it is time consuming to use the washroom.  Because it is so form fitting, it means that I have to take a few extra minutes to take it off and put it on again – properly.  If it’s not put on as high as it can go, you’ll be walking around feeling like a teenager that has their pants hanging off their butt.  The shaper did not loosen up at all, it remained tight throughout the day.  When it came to my back fat, I found that the top of the shaper rolled down so to eliminate this, I put the top of the shaper underneath my bra strap and it stayed in place.

Overall, I love how good the ShaToBu makes me feel.  It helps with those few problem areas that I probably will never be able to get rid of.  It’s also suppose to help you burn calories, which is just an added bonus.  On another note, I just finished my bowl of chips.

  7. I would LOVE to try the ShāToBu™ High Waist to Knee Shaper!
I love the whole body shaper too, but I don’t see a reason to need it
down past my knees, besides my newly founded Kankles! LOL! But I don’t
think the Shatobu would help that, so from the knees up are my problem
area’s. I just had a baby too and had to have a C-section and am unable
to do heavy workouts, so this would be a tremendous help!
