Pampers Update: No need for concern says Health Canada

As you know, I recently attended a Pampers Dry Max Tour in Cincinnati.  Today, I have an update from both Health Canada and the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). They have announced that there is no need for concern with the new Dry Max Pampers.

Here are the official statments from both agencies:

Here is the official statement from Pampers as well:

Diaper rash does happen and it will continue to happen.  I still encourage everyone to bring their children to see a professional if there children experience any sort of rashes.

One thing I would like to say about this whole situation is that I am pleased to see the lengths that people will go to protect our children.  Sometimes there may be a better way to go about making a statement, but it’s nice to see that parents care enough about the health of children.

  1. I got a few of the new pampers in the mail as a free sample and used them.
I had no problems whatsoever, other than the crinkly noise that they made (Since I am used to having cloth on my baby)

  2. This site appears to recieve a good ammount of visitors. How do you advertise it? It offers a nice unique twist on things. I guess having something useful or substantial to say is the most important factor.
