Crest Pro-Health Complete Rinse Test Drive

I try to take really good care of my teeth.  I paid for my own braces as an adult (at 21) and wore them for 2 full years.  I wore my retainer for quite a fews years later (until it was misplaced – probably during a move).  I brush twice a day, sometimes 3.  I leave a toothbrush at work just in case I have something garlicky (this is actually a word) and need to freshen up.  I also floss a few times a week, my husband flosses every single night, and I visit my dentist every 9 months because this is how often it is covered by insurance.  I paid a hefty price tag for my smile so I really try my best to take care of it.

When I received the Crest Pro-Health Complete Rinse Test Drive email through Mom Central, I was surprised to learn that Mouthwash was suppose to be a daily routine.  Eeekkk, I thought I had everything under control when it came to my dental health.  So, here I am, now a Crest Pro- Health Complete Rinse test driver.   (Why hadn’t my dentist told me this before? *blush*)

Here are the advantages of the Pro-Health Complete Rinse:

  • Rebuilds Teeth Enamel
  • Helps Prevent Cavities
  • Cleans Teeth & Gums
  • Kills Bad Breath Germs
  • Freshens Breath
  • No Burn of Alcohol

Over the next month, I will be rinsing with the Crest Pro-Health twice a day and will report back to let you all know what I think of the mouth wash.

  1. I always wonder how I could do a comparison test to see if a mouthwash really works. But I am such an oral hygiene freak that I am always looking for a “better” one to try!
