Lavish & Lime – Goodbyn lunch box – CLOSED

by Mommy on August 20, 2010

School is just around the corner, that means lots of shopping.  I remember enjoying shopping for school supplies and clothing as a young child.  There were lots of fun products that I liked to show my friends on the first days of school. Lavish & Lime, an eco-friendly/ all natural online store based out of BC, Canada, has some really fun back to school products that will get all the kids (and teachers) talking.

One such item is the Goodbyn lunch box.  On top of being bpa and lead free and made in the USA with recycled materials, this is a super fun lunch box that will also save you money as there is no need for all those extra baggies and plastic wrap (which also means you are saving the environment – bonus).

This extra cool lunch box comes with a matching 8oz water bottle and hundreds of stickers for your kids to get creative, and make their lunch box extra special.  There are plenty of different sized compartments for all kinds of different snacks and lunch items (and only 1 lid – so no need to spend time searching for lids in the morning).

Here are the dimensions:

  • large top “head”: 7.5 x 3.5 x 2.5″; 650ml/2.75c
  • bottle compartment: 5.5 x 2 x 2.5″; 300ml/1.27c (up to divider)
  • treat compartment: 1 x 2 x 2.5″; 65ml/0.27c (up to divider)
  • large middle “belly”: 4.5 x 3.5 x 2.5″; 500ml/2.11c
  • side compartments x 2 (each): 3.5 x 1.5 x 2″; 150ml/0.64c

As you can see, lots of room for lots of different things.

So ,the lunch box looks extra fun doesn’t it?  Well, this isn’t just for kids.  The Goodbyn lunch box can also be used by older kids and adults too, but there is a slight change – no little ears on the cover.  Because the dishwasher safe stickers make this lunch box personalized, adults and older kids can make their lunch boxes a little more conservative than the one pictured above.

Individually wrapped products and juice boxes can add a huge increase to monthly grocery bills.  With a lunch box with many compartments and a water bottle, you can buy in bulk and pack each item separate, saving yourself lots of money.  In today’s economy, it makes good sense to save where you can, and making lunches is a simple and easy way  to save more than just cents – it can save hundreds of dollars each year.

Make sure to put your order in quickly, because these fun lunch boxes sell out quick!

Very solid article. I saw a website with a post as good as identical to this one a couple of days ago. This post is a day older so I assume they have just copied and eddited it. I am not accusing you of copyright abuse it’s merely just head’s up. I can’t remember the website, sorry (age thing)
