Coco Bonbons – Outfit – CLOSED

Coco Bonbons is one of my absolute favourite sponsors. The bubble dress that I received for review last year completely changed my mind on the bubble style and was the reason that I fell in love with Coco Bonbons . It was an outfit that I put on my daughter all the time, I just loved it to much.

This time around, I received an ultra adorable dress called the Blue Flower Peasant Dress w/Applique and matching bloomers for review. This dress is bright, fun and very unique. This is the perfect dress for spring, it’s vibrant with bright splashes of pink, yellow and blue flowers. The dress also has 2 pockets which are made with extra fabric for the flower petals and ribbon as the stem, making the dress have a 3D effect. The flowers also double as pockets to store all kinds of fun things (like rocks – uh – you can dress them up but,,,,, you know the rest). The dress is 2T and fits my 20 month old daughter perfectly right now with a little bit of growing room. The arms and neck have elastic so the fit is perfect around these areas as well, and it’s made out of 100% cotton. I didn’t notice if the dress shrank at all during the wash, but I don’t want to say for sure that it didn’t. Generally 2T is just on the cusp of being too small for my “little” girl, so I would say the sizing at Coco Bonbons is generous. This is another great Coco Bonbons outfit that I will love to put my daughter in on warm days. I’ve even been putting it on, on cold days with a cardigan and tights, and she looks fabulous.

I also received something for the little boys from Coco Bonbons this time along – Shark Print swim trunks! These swim trucks are too cute for words. They are bright blue and ultra manly with sharks on them. They are made with 100% cotton and have a mesh lining to keep all things in place – I think this is too funny. My cousin has a 9 month old boy and so I turned these over to her to test out. It turns out her little one doesn’t enjoy the swimming pool at all. Anything colder than a steamy bathtub and he cries bloody murder. So needless to say, they don’t attend the pool very often. Despite not being able to currently use the swim trunks at this time, they are really looking forward to the summer months when the water at the pool maybe a little warmer. Being the Mother of a boy, my cousin frequently mentions the difference between the availability of cute girl clothes versus boy clothes. I would have to agree that there seems to be a huge difference in the level of cuteness. There are a lot more options for girls, but when she saw the swimming trunks for her son, she was more than pleased to see the unique and fun designs that Coco Bonbons offered for her little man. She was also very pleased with the overalls she received last year from Coco Bonbons. Although they are too small now, she regularly and proudly put her son in the adorable outfit that she received.

Like I said at the beginning of the review, I love Coco Bonbons. Their products and prints are super cute and unique. They carry items for boys and girls ranging from size 0 – 8 (although not all items are available in all sizes).
