Sampar – Barely There Moisture Fluid ($48) – CLOSED

I have very sensitive skin.  It is so sensitive in fact that I have only been using water and a pure soap to wash my face.  I have tried moisturizers in the past and my face has broken out in pimples.  I am 30, I shouldn’t have pimples anymore.  I do not use exfoliant or toner as those also make my face break out.  As much as I want to use all those products on my face, I’d look closer to a 15 year old with a bunch of zits on my face,  and it’s not really a look I am a fan of.

At 30, I know I have to start using something on my face to keep it looking healthy and give it a nice glow.  When I receive Sampar products for review, I thought it would be an excellent opportunity to get my face back in check.  I received Pure Perfection – Barely There Moisture Fluid.  I have been using it everyday and night since January 22nd (so over 2 months).  This facial cream is so soft and light.  I don’t know if it makes sense to call a moisturizer silky, but that is the best way I can describe it.  I barely even need to use much of the cream (about the size of a dime), and it covers my cheeks, chin, nose and forehead.  I also like the click and twist cap, it makes it easy to just get small amounts of cream out of the bottle at a time.

The best part is, I have yet to break out with a single pimple, and I feel that my face has benefited from using a moisturizer everyday.   I use to have a line on my right cheek, it was pretty thin, and I bet if I asked anyone if they saw it there they would say no.  But to me, it was like having a huge gash in the middle of my face.  After using this Sampar cream, I no longer have the gouge in my face.  I don’t even think Sampar says that it will fix those types of facial imperfections, but with ingredients such as zinc, Horse Chestnut Extract, Sweet Almond Protein and Anti-oxidants it is sure to have some healing effects.  I haven’t changed anything else to my routine, so the Sampar cream is the only thing I can attribute to my line going away.

Here are the things that Sampar does claim do for your skin:

  • Regulate oil production and reduce inflammation
  • Tighten pores and reduce redness
  • Enhance hydration and comfort

I am very impressed with Sampar Pure Perfection – Barely There Moisture Fluid.  With such finicky skin, I wasn’t sure if this was going to workout for me.  It has done wonders for my skin.

If you also have temperamental skin, I would definitely suggest Sampar.

  1. I liked the Dermud Intensive Nourishing Hand Cream. My hands are so cracked and rough all the time, and nothing helps, so I thought this looked great!

  2. I would love to try the Dermud Enriched Intensive Foot Cream. I’m scared of what the lady at the pedicure place is going to say the first time I show up after this winter!

  3. I would like to try the Pure Spa Body Sorbet Caress -Mandarin/Cedarwood

  4. I also would really like to try the Age Antidote – Lavish Dream Cream — thanks for the great giveaway:)

  5. I’d like to try the Age Antidote-Splendid eyes elation because it
eliminates all signs of fatigue after only 3 days of use. This would
be great for me because it would hide the fact that I’ve been up all
    night entering giveaways.

  6. I would love to try the Essentials – Urban Express Mousse
