Nicki’s Diapers – $25 Gift Certificate – CLOSED

When our local grocery store stopped offering plastic bags and started charging for them, I was very much in support of their environmental efforts.  After all, I had been bringing my reusable shopping bags for quite some time, so I felt like I was not going to be affected by this latest decision.  It turns out I had been unwittingly sneaking plastic bags into my house and using them for various household tasks.  Surprisingly, among other things, I was relying on the bags to carry diaper bag items.  And so, it took a progressive change in supermarket policy to get me to find other ways to waterproof my diaper bag items.

The Planet Wise Wet Bag I received for review from Nicki’s Diapers is a fabulous way to tote used cloth diapers when you are on the run.  The bag is sewn around the edges, with a secure matching zipper for closure at the top.  The Planet Wise Wet Bag has been sealed on the interior (feels like it has a thin layer of waterproofing plastic), to ensure there are no leaks.  We received the medium sized Planet Wise Wet Bag and to give you an idea what that translates into, the most we have put in it were four used hemp diapers, covers and reusable wipes.  Even with all of this stinky goodness, the bag was still only about half full.
