My son’s first birthday is fast approaching; I really cannot believe how quickly this past year has gone by but nonetheless I am in the process of planning his very first birthday party. Along with party hats and balloons,  I wanted to find him something really, really special to wear for his very first birthday party. I looked high and low in the mall and didn’t find anything that I loved, or thought was really special so I thought I was out of luck. I decided to try looking online and I stumbled across TANE Organics and it quite literally took my breath away how unbelievably adorable their line of 100% certified organic cotton clothes for newborn and toddlers are.

TANE has an incredibly luxurious line of cardigans, pants, and tops and accesories for the little ones in your life. I was so excited to hear from TANE creative director and was even more excited when my package arrived! The package I received for review  from TANE Organics came wrapped in TANE signature gift wrap complete with an origami crane and a very sincerely hand written note, which I think speaks of the amount of attention to detail that has made TANE Organics so popular.  In my little bundle of love from TANE the first beautiful item is THE most amazing little sweater; it is a v- neck cardigan sweater with three little buttons and two large pockets in color dark natural melange. The color is close to a warm walnut color and it is so beyond beautiful.  The sweater looks so adorable on my son, my husband giggles everytime my son wears it. I cannot wait to show it off at his birthday party, he will definitely be the best dressed boy at the party!

Hand made in Peru, the cardigan has rib stitching around the outer edge of the pockets, the bottom cuff of the sweater as well as the cuffs on the sleeves, the attention to detail is incredible and the sweater is so soft. My son’s sweater is a size large and fits my son very well, we do have to roll up the sleeves a bit but do keep in mind the sweater should fit for several months so being slightly longer at the moment is perfect, it’s too cute to only wear for a few weeks. A classic shape that fits well, TANE‘s gorgeous collection is the perfect solution for those who are looking for something special that is a bit more upscale than we typically find at the mall.

The Spring Summer Collection exudes a freshness that reminds me of my favorite summer yummy flavors; creamsicle (not sure if its an actual flavor but you all  know what I mean), cucumbers and melons. The TANE Collection is fun and easy, and it is a very sophisticated line which features a cool color palette reminiscent of those found in nature; fresh cut grass, clouds and hay fields. I love that most of the pieces co-ordinate; the colors are interchangeable and the designs are clean and has the same cohesiveness and connection that easily thread throughout the collection.
