With all of the cooking and baking preparations at my house this holiday season, I cannot recall a day that has gone by since receiving the Eco Covers from Lavish & Lime that I have not put them to good use. I have used them in the oven, in the fridge and even to store dry goods. I have especially enjoyed cooking with them, as they keep my heating food appropriately moist (great for reheating and it means no aluminum foil!). They wash amazingly well and have no signs of wear, despite my best efforts. Even my anti-environmentalist relatives have asked about them, jotting down Lavish and Lime’s website when I go on and on about the virtues of these covers.  These covers are the best thing to hit my kitchen in a long, long time. Read my full review here
