GummyLump – Melissa & Doug Lemonade Stand & accessories – CLOSED

GummyLump is an online store that features unique high quality toys for children ages newborn to six years. They carry brand names such as Melissa & Doug, Haba, and Gund, just to name a few. These are all companies that we (as parents) can’t help but love.

For review, GummyLump sent the Melissa & Doug Grocery Store / Lemonade Stand. Melissa & Doug feature products that are mostly wooden, eco-friendly and all natural. They are doing their part to help keep this world a better place for our kids. The Grocery Store/Lemonade stand is no exception to the quality products that Melissa & Doug, and GummyLump carry. I can’t tell you how impressed my family was with the quality of this “children’s” toy. It took nearly a full episode of ”The Bachelor” for my mother and I to put it together (this could have had something to do with not reading the first page of the instructions and seeing that the kit came with it’s own Allen key). Once we found the Allen key, it was a lot quicker to put the stand together. **Note to self, make sure to read full instructions before putting children’s toys together, it makes things a lot easier.

Once the stand was up, and we put the little green baskets in their place, we were very impressed with the end result. Although this is meant to be just a kids play toy, it is very sturdy and I know in a few years time, this is going to be something my daughter is going to use outside and sell real lemonade with for 25 cents. It looks so professional, I bet she could sell her lemonade for $1 .

The set also came with some fruits and vegetables to put in her grocery store. She loves playing with the carrots, lemons and peaches. She carries them around the house, and sees where she can hide them – I am finding these things in the most bizarre places (under the radiator). The packages of fruit comes with 6 same fruit to a pack. The quality of the fruit is better than the fake fruit you will find at the department store.

Along with great products, GummyLump also has excellent customer service. I have had a very positive experience in dealing with Linda, she is very quick to email and always a pleasure to correspond with. Most of the products at GummyLump are award winning toys that your kids ages 0 – 6 will love.
