Ever get a gift card for Christmas or a Birthday that you just wont EVER use?
On this new site called CardSwap, you can buy and sell gift cards. The cards are sold at a discounted rate, so the buyer get a deal – and the seller gets cash in hand to use as they please. Sounds like a pretty neat program – and thought I would share it all with you.
