Just a heads up, I live in Canada but because I am on dial up and use AOL it sometimes looks like I am state side when I am not. I found this out because there are Canadian only sites that will not even let me log on as it looks like I am not in Canada.
Thanks for the info… the first winners were both American – I contacted them… the next 2 numbers drawn both came up as Canadian IP addresses, however I will keep this info for the next time winners for specific countries are drawn.
