Christmas Gift Idea for the home

Do it yourself (DIY) projects scare me a whole lot. But I find myself inexplicably drawn to mapping out cool household projects – I blame the DIY channels for this blasted inspiration. I have tried painting, refinishing, wallpapering, the occasional sewing project and (most horribly) fabric reupholstering. I am the type of person who feels that if you try your very hardest, your project should turn out perfect even if your own personal history dictates otherwise.

A solution to my DIY angst came when I received WALLTAT Wall Decals for review.  WALLTAT Wall Decals, is a straightforward yet stunning home décor project with instructions so easy that even I could do it. The best part about WALLTAT Wall Decals (aside from jazzing up a room in pretty short order) is that there is virtually no mess. No painting clothes, no cleaning brushes afterward, no glues or odours (or no hiring anyone to do this for you). The application is as simple as peeling the WALLTAT Wall Decals from its backing and sticking it to the wall – you just have to make sure you smooth it out as you go so you don’t create any wrinkles (I suggest recruiting a friend).

WALLTAT Wall Decals has a seemingly endless selection of choice, with themes that include: nature, pop culture, scenery, sports, animals, music, kids and baroque. And on and on and on. These “tats” are essentially wall decals that range in size, colour and orientation, so you can decorate everything from a very small section of your room to an entire wall. The decals come in about 40 different colours, so you should be able to find exactly what you need to accent a room. WALLTAT Wall Decals also offers a selection of extremely cool wallpaper. This isn’t your average wall paper – you can choose from fun geometric shapes to full scenic pictures and everything in between.

The wall decals can be affixed to any surface; stick them on hardwood, concrete, furniture, metal (smooth surface), shower enclosures, mirrors, tile, cabinetry, plastics, etc. Your decorating options are (almost) endless.

Author’s warning: the website, www.walltat.com gets a bit addictive, so beware. I can see how applying WALLTAT Wall Decals is a household project that brings almost immediate satisfaction and the price is negligible compared to most things we choose to do to bring newness to any room. I imagine bringing a lot of fun and play to a child’s room with kid’s WALLTAT Wall Decals (I have included a few pictures of what they have to offer to get your imaginations started).

By the way, WALLTAT Wall Decals offers an Affiliate Program for those interested in work from home business opportunities. By telling people about WAL TAT, you can generate a “solid income”. You are given your own URL and your sales are tracked accordingly.
