Popatot – Portable Activity Center

Christmas Gift Idea for Infants and Toddlers

The Popatot is a product that I think every person with a busy toddler needs.  Before receiving the Popatot, I didn’t really understand what it was all about.  After putting it to the test, I can tell you, that this is an excellent product and great gift as it will be put to good use, is sturdy and can be used inside and outside.  The Popatot was invented by Evan and Stacy, parents to 5 wonderful and active children – WOW.  I can see how a product like this has helped out our family – with only 1 child, I can only imagine how much this would help out parents with many children.

DD is such a busy girl, she likes to jump, run, and play around non-stop.  As a parent, it is very tiring chasing after her after just a few hours – this is where the Popatot comes in.  The design is amazing, it is like a fold up camping chair, that springs out to make a full portable secure structure.  The Popatot comes in it’s own carrying case, and it is amazing light, so you will take it places with you.  Whether going to a friends house or the beach, you will be able to bring the Popatot along with you. The long shoulder strap makes it’s easy to carry both the Popatot and DD at the same time – even while going upstairs.   It is also very easy to set up, simply pull the bars apart and clip the safety straps and it is ready to go.  In all reality it does take less than 1 minute to set up and take down.

DD can stay in this and jump up and down and play with her toys and be content.  There are little hooks, and small cup holders to put toys in to keep her entertained, while being contained.  There is a little bit of bounce in the Popatot, so she can get her needed bouncing time in.  She can also be fed while in the Popatot, and because the bottom of the Popatot is made from nylon, all the food does not end up on the floor, it remains on the bottom of the Popatot.  This is especially nice while being at friends house, because I know I always feel bad if DD has thrown all her food on their floors.

The Popatot is similar to a Jumperoo or an Exersaucer, however because of it’s capability to be easily brought with you anywhere you go, it is much more versatile product.

You can also check out their TV appearance here.
