When you get pregnant, you get excited by everything in miniature. The sight of little pink and floral things (or if you have a boy, substitute this with images of sports and truck stuff) will melt your heart like butter on warm toast, even if you haven’t ever had pink and floral things in your home before. The all over fuzzies last well into the honeymoon stage of brining your little one home until the day that you realize that 95% of your kid’s wardrobe is pink and floral. Then panic sets in.

For review, I received a pink onsie with a brown skull decal, sporting a pink bow and a Little Lady tee (features a ladybug). The website boasts a large number of apparel for all ages and all members of the family, with original and witty sayings or images. My personal baby favorites include: “I’m the favorite”, “I sleep because you’re boring”, “Cute but kind of evil” and “I only cry when ugly people hold me”. Tee Wit also offers maternity, custom, holiday and breast cancer apparel too. (My favorite maternity shirt reads: “Do my shoes match?”)

As you browse through Tee Wit and add things to your shopping cart, you will notice that every article has helpful product information. The site offers washing suggestions, what material the apparel is made of and what kind of fit you can expect (e.g. loose fit, not too tight”) – all perfect pointers for on-line shopping. As you make your selections, Tee Wit displays a product window which allows you to view your colour choices, helping you to figure out which best suits your purchase.

I absolutely love the skull onsie; it goes great with a pair of denim overalls and hat, for a real urban street look. Because it isn’t pink and floral, it certainly turns heads when we are out. Because my daughter has an energetic spirit, I feel that it truly captures who she is…. and the Little Lady tee captures who I would like fer her to be when we are in public, but that is wishful thinking on my part! And I don’t even notice the pink on her skull onsie. Without question, any product from Tee Wit would make an original shower or Christmas gift for someone you love.
