Ez Combs – (CLOSED)

by Mommy on October 4, 2009

ez-combs-logo

Whenever I get my haircut, I always make sure that I can still put it in a pony tail.  Doesn’t matter how short, long bangs, no bangs or layers, as long as my hair can go in a ponytail, I am happy with the hair cut.  As you can probably then guess,  I always have my hair in a ponytail.  I am a busy professional, and don’t really have too much time to do much with my hair, so it just gets thrown into a ponytail.  When I received the Ez Combs for review, I was excited to put them to the test so I could do something different other than a ponytail.

ez-combs3

The Ez Combs is a great accessory. Like I said, I don’t have too much time for anything – especially my hair.  I found that the Ez Combs is easy to put into my hair.  There are many different ways to put the combs into your hair, some are easier than others, and some styles last longer than others.   My favourite way to use the Ez Combs, is to twist my hair up and then put the Ez Combs on each side.  Sometimes I twist the Ez Comb around, other times I just leave it wide open. I find it stays better in my hair when it is a little bit tighter, so I usually add a full twist to the Ez Combs.

ez-combsMy hair is very thin so when I try to put my hair in a 1/2 twist, I have to twist the  Ez Combs for it to stay in my hair any length of time.  It is very easy to put in, so if it starts to slip, I just quickly put it back in my hair in just a few seconds.  There is a video on the  Ez Combs website that shows the different methods to wear the Ez Combs, it is very easy to follow.

ez-combs1

The  Ez Combs comes in 3 colours, white, brown and black, and it a great way to spice up your hairdo.  It would be great for a fancy party, or even a wedding.  I love it compared to my plain old ponytail, and people tend to notice it as well.   It is only $10 for 2 combs – a great deal.
