How to Enter Giveaways

Many people have asked for more details on how to enter the giveaways.  Here is a step by step guide.

1. Click on the giveaway title you would like to enter.  In this example, you would click on the See Kai Run giveaway post.

2. Scroll down until you see the section that says “To Enter”, and then click on the link that will bring you to the sponsors website.  The link will open up in a new web page.  In this example, you will be sent to the See Kai Run website.

3. Once you are at the sponsors site, look around for your favourite product and remember what it is.  My favourite pair of shoes are the Naya’s

4. Come back to the My Wee View website and the See Kai Run blog post.  There are a number of different ways to enter comments.  Here are the most common:

• Click on the “CLICK HERE TO ENTER THE GIVEAWAY” link which will bring you to the entry forum.

OR

• Click the Jump to comments link  which will bring you to the entry forum

OR

• Push “END” on your keyboard.

4. Once you are at the very bottom of the page, you will have to complete the forum like I have below.  If you do not have a website, you can leave that section blank.

Once you have filled out all the info, including your favourite item ( Naya shoes from See Kai Run in this example), click the Submit button.

Hooray, the mandatory entry is complete!  If you want more chances to win you can start on the “Bonus Entry” section.

How to complete the Bonus Entries:

You can get 2 bonus entries by subscribing by email to my blog.

To subscribe:

1. Enter your email address on the right hand side of my blog and press submit

2. Enter the verification code (sometimes the letters are hard to read – try until you get it right) and press Complete Subscription Request

3. You will then receive an activation email.  You have to click the link for the subscription to be valid.

4. Once you have subscribed, you can make 2 more entries in the comment forum. It will look like this:

5. The press submit Comment button.  Then do it one more time like this:

6. Make sure to press submit one last time.

You now have 3 entries for one giveaway.  This is what your entries will look like:

You get a bonus entry by completing each one of the Bonus Entries which includes:

• Following My Wee View on Twitter and ReTweeting the Giveaways
• Become a Fan of My Wee View on Facebook
• Suggest My Wee View to your friends on Facebook
• Post about this giveaway on Facebook
• Blog about this giveaway
