Hi Everyone,
We are expecting hurricane Bill to hit Nova Scotia this evening (it’s already starting to rain pretty hard). Hurricane Juan hit us in 2003 and we were without power for 5 days. Some news stations are saying it is only going to be a tropical storm by the time it gets to us (which is what I am hoping for). If you don’t hear from me for a few days, you can be pretty sure it’s because I’ve lost power.
Update: Storm has passed and was nothing to worry about. We didn’t lose power (just one little flicker). There are a few thousand people without power, but they should all be back up soon. Thanks for visiting Bill, but I’m glad to see you go.

So glad it didn’t do to much damage. After living through 4 hurricanes in one year, I know how scary it can be.
