Sweet Pea Baby Designs is an online boutique specializing in personalized baby items. They carry all the usual baby things bibs, blankets, and towels, but they take it one step further. They also have things like personalized backpacks, lunch boxes, and even tooth fairy pillows! I can’t think of anything that I would want personalized that they do not carry.
I received a couple of burp cloths from Sweet Pea Baby Designs. What I really liked was the packaging. The burp cloths came wrapped up with a toile ribbon and a cute green baby diaper pin. I thought that was a very nice little touch. The burp cloths are a very generous size about a foot and a half long by a foot wide, and are made of 100% cotton. There is also an extra thick layer of cotton along the middle of the burp cloth, and the sides are a lot thinner which helps the burp cloth stay in place. What I love the most about these burp cloths are the bright and vibrant colours. The green and purple are very very bright, and the personalization looks really nice. These are not your average burp cloths.
Because these are made to order, you can pick any colour fabric, any font, and any colour thread. You can put together any type of combination that you want. Whether getting something for yourself, or getting a gift together for a friend, you can create anything that you want to. There are 22 colours, 23 fonts, 33 designs, and and all the colours of the rainbow for thread. Ordering is so simple, just pick your item, then in a little box on the right, write what personalization you would like, include the font and design picture and that’s it. With things being this easy, it would make a great shower gift to get a few things that all match and are personalized.
The other item I was sent was a cute lady bug back pack. This brought me back to my first year of school when I had the most beautiful froggy back pack. I used to get so many compliments on that little green frog. I just loved him. The backpack that I received from Sweet Pea Baby Designs is a nice bright red in a quilted material. There is a really cute lady bug on both the flap and the back pack itself. The lady bugs, and little flowers are made out a felt material and have been sewn on. The back pack closes with a magnet clip, and there is a sting that ties around the top of the backpack with a little clip so it is easy for little kids to open and close their back pack. There is also a little pocket on both the inside and the outside of the backpack. The straps are adjustable to 3 different lengths which means the back pack will be able to grow with your child. This can also be personalized with anything that you would like. The personalized backpack is only $22. I think this is a very good price for this item.
One thing that I really like that Sweet Pea Baby Designs carries is the raincoats and umbrellas. The rain coats (sizes 2 – 7) are only $29, and the umbrellas are only $14. These are great prices for some really cute items.
