Redfish Kids – Review & Giveaway – CLOSED

redfish

Redfish Kids is an online clothing store for courageous kids.  They have a fine sense of style and keep children feeling empowered by their chic clothes.  When I have something on that makes me feel like a million bucks, I walk like a million bucks, talk like a million bucks, and then I (hopefully) look like a million bucks.  There’s a lot to be said about confidence.  Redfish Kids clothing will start you child off with the confidence they need.  I think this saying from Redfish Kids website says it all:

What is courage?

The philosophy that fuels the designs at Redfish Kids is courage – courage to express one’s sense of individuality with a strong confidant voice – to live life with gusto!

I can only hope that my daughter will continue to have the confidence she has today.  At only 8 months old, she is not afraid to try new things or embarrassed about anything.  As she gets older, I know that society norms will kick in and she will lose that ability not to care, and will worry about what others are thinking.  I want her to be an individual, and be confidant and to always be proud of herself!

redfish2jpegRedfish Kids sent me an absolutely beautiful swing dress for my daughter.  OMGoondess!  This dress is just to die for, and will make all you mothers just squeal with delight.  This cute black and white flower print dress is perfect all year round, but with Spring on the way this is a must have for the season.

This dress, with it’s belled out flare bottom, has bias ties for straps which allows the dress to grow with your daughter!  There is a generous amount of slack, so as your daughter grows, the straps can be loosened and retied to any length.  I love this idea!  Since my daughter is only 8 months old, and is growing like a weed, she is going through clothes like no tomorrow.  This dress will be something that she is able to wear for a long time, and it looks so cute, I will want her to be able to wear it a long time.  Whether in the winter with a long sleeve onesie or in the summer with chubby arms hanging out, this dress will be a regular item in my daughters clothing rotation.  Versatility is something that Redfish Kids strives for, becuase children do grow out of clothing so quickly.  Swing dresses can become smocks, and pants can turn into shorts.

Redfish Kids plays close attention to detail when creating some great clothing for kids, the swing dress that I received even has 2 little pockets sewn in – how cute is that?  Right now my daughter is too small to even know what pockets are, but it will be so sweet to watch her learn and put her little hands in her pockets.  I bet I will find all kinds of neat little things that she will collect throughout the day in her pockets as she is older.  I love to watch her grow and build courage, just a little thing like that will expand her mind and allow her to have confidence.  I’m so excited for those days!

Redfish Kids clothing makes some other great shirts and onesies in all kinds of neat patters, sushi, and some other Asian inspirations.  They also make kimono style onesies, vests, pants and jackets.  I absolutely love the models on their site as well.  You can tell that Redfish Kids has allowed the kids to be kids and took the photographs around what the children were doing.  It goes along perfectly with their moto!

Redfish Kids has really impressed me with their professionalism, quality of work, and their customer service.  They are so quick with email and shipping! Redfish Kids has great clothing and you will be very pleased with the package you receive from them.  I know I was!  One last thing I forgot to mention, they are Canadian – from Vancouver!

I follow on Twitter as one6ylady and I tweeted the giveaway here http://twitter.com/one6ylady/status/1637085038

I just noticed that several of the tweet lines in your contests don’t have a space between the RT and the @MyWeeView part of the message. Will this prevent you from receiving the messages? I’m going to repost the ones for the Bamboo Hooded Towel and the Rockin Baby Sling just in case (these two had no space in the line you told us to tweet).
