When I received a package of bibs as a baby gift, I thought, what am I going to need 10 bibs for? Silly me, still learning about babies. I used to used about 4 or 5 bibs a day, until I got my Mally Bib, now I DO just need one bib.

Mally Bibs was created by a Mom – surprised? (I don’t think so) Nicole Garza, was feeding her daughter with a cloth bib, when some of the food landed on her daughters leather shoe, Nicole simply had to wipe away the mess and voila, Mally Bibs was born. I dealt with Robyn at Mally Bibs and just a week later, my precious package arrived in the mail. Robyn was very friendly and easy to do business with.

Mally Bibs are made out of leather, so they are easy to clean, and ready to go over and over again. My Mally Bib has been used many times, and looks just as new as the day we first received it. I do not have a need for any other bibs. I keep it hooked onto the cabinet drawer after I clean it off and it’s ready and waiting for the next feeding. 060

This bib does not leak onto clothes – at all. The thick leather keeps all the spit up, peas and carrots on the bib and not on any of my daughter’s clothing. The generous size of the bib covers from her shoulders all the way down past her tummy. This bib is also reversible – the front side is a beautiful daisy pattern and the back is a fun pink with a little “catch all” pouch! Whichever side you want to put on your child, they are sure to look very sophisticated in their Mally Bib. There are so many great designs to pick from!

A feature that I have yet to see in a bib is that the Mally Bibs fastens by a strong 063 magnet. This makes putting it on and off a breeze. The magnet is very strong, but my daughter who is just learning her own strength likes to pull and tug on the bib as hard as she can to see if she can yank it off. And she can! It’s great to watch her learn. The first time I put it on her it was like a new toy – I take off the bib, Mom puts it back on! After the initial excitement of her being able to pull the bib off, she left it alone. Now, every time I put it on her, she pulls it off once or twice, and then leaves it alone. She is just making sure she is still strong enough to do this. Aren’t kids something?!?

I just love our leather Mally Bib, there is no other bib like it. I am so serious when I say, you will only need ONE bib if you purchase this. That’s right, only 1. So many bibs I had for my son are stained and this one just wipes clean. It also sticks to the fridge to store between meals. Besides the fact that it’s so cute and stylish. Recommend them highly. And they’re made in Canada!

I love all of the ‘bugs’ bibs, the ‘aqua’ bibs, and the ‘nature bibs’ – ok, I love them all….let’s see…a favorite…bee, caterpillar, dragonfly, owl, fish, tulip…I’ll go with the tulip (there were 7 deer in my front yard this weekend & they ate all of my tulips, so I’ll pick that one in the hopes of getting a permanent tulip that they can’t eat!)
